In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us with any questions that you have and we will try our best to get everything sorted quickly and easily.
In the event that a product is not working correctly or is defective, we will replace it free of charge, or otherwise work with you to get the issue fixed as soon as possible.
All product issues MUST be diagnosed with us first before a replacement unit will be sent out. Sometimes a product might appear defective at first, but the issue is simply an option or setting not configured correctly.
We try our best to explain every detail about our products on our website. If you have questions about a products features, please email us before ordering.
Products that are returned as a result of misunderstanding features, not reading instructions, or "no reason" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
Products that are defective cannot be returned for a full refund. If you receive a defective product, we will replace it with a new unit at no cost. If you would rather not have a replacement product sent and just want to return the defective item, there will be a 20% restocking fee, and shipping charges will not be refunded.
