Plug-and-play bypass adapter harness to make AutoSync installation a snap on 2017+ vehicles with the IO5/IO6 radio. You can check your glovebox sticker for the IO5/IO6 RPO code.
No more pin swapping and breaking those annoying SDGM connectors!
Simply just unplug the gray connector on your Serial Data Gateway Module, and plug this harness inline with it. This harness may be left in permanently, even if the AutoSync is removed...it is completely invisible to the truck.
NOTE: This harness will NOT unlock/enable the strobe lights while driving limitation on 2017+ vehicles unfortunately.
NOTE: This is not needed for the 2020+ T1xx pickup trucks.
2017-2019 K2xx 2500/3500 trucks, 2017-2018 K2xx 1500 pickup trucks, 2017-2020 K2xx SUV, 2017-2018 Colorado/Canyon, and several more I might be forgetting....if you have a 2017+ vehicle, checking for IO5/IO6 is the best way to figure out if you need this!
